Lubas Medical Ltd. has an outstanding reputation for providing medical training and medical staff in the UK and internationally.

But while providing excellent care is the company’s key priority, they also have some ambitious growth targets.

The number of people suffering sports-related injuries, coupled with an increase in regulations and a greater focus on wellbeing, gave the team a great opportunity to review their approach to marketing and reach a wider audience.

Lubas approached Glew with the goal of developing a more structured marketing strategy. There was already a marketing assistant in house, but they recognised the value of senior input to guide the marketing.

Glew worked closely with Lubas’ senior team to carry out a thorough audit of the market, develop a clearer sense of the brand position and produce some target customer personas. These were used to develop an integrated marketing strategy and action plan, which included a template for measuring the right KPIs.
